Vita App Inc. provides the ZOSAVI app and this website. ZOSAVI app features, pricing, membership tiers, and availability may change as the product evolves. Final subscription terms are shown in the app and the relevant App Store purchase flow.

Who can use ZOSAVI

ZOSAVI is for people 13 and older. If you are under 18, you cannot set weight-loss goals in ZOSAVI. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete it if we learn of it.

General wellness information

Daily insights, meal estimates, forecasts, and coaching provide general wellness information. They are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

AI processing and your account

ZOSAVI offers AI features such as Meal Scan, Solara coaching, workout planning, and personalized insights. AI processing is part of the account agreement you accept when you sign up. By creating an account, you agree that your photos, food descriptions, messages, and relevant health and wellness context are processed by our service providers, including Google Cloud/Firebase and OpenAI, to provide these features.

You can turn AI processing off at any time in the app under Settings & Support → AI & Privacy. While it is off, the app does not send new AI requests and AI features stop working. Manual logging keeps working. Requests already sent cannot be recalled. See our Privacy Policy for more about the information used for AI features.

AI outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before saving them or acting on them.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information you log or receive through ZOSAVI. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay care because of a forecast, score, summary, or Solara reply.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the app or the relevant app-store billing account where purchased. Cancel anytime through those settings. Refunds, trials, taxes, renewals, and billing disputes are handled under the applicable app-store rules.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, follow Apple's cancellation instructions. Deleting your ZOSAVI account does not cancel a subscription. For help with access, purchases, or deletion, visit Account help.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ZOSAVI for emergency, diagnostic, or regulated clinical decision-making.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse support channels.

Website information

Public pages may include product direction, roadmap notes, and examples. Those materials are informational only and are not a promise that every feature will ship on a specific date.
