We respond to every support email. The quickest way to reach us is by emailing info@thevita.ai with a short description of what you need help with. We recently rebranded from Vita, so our support inbox still uses the thevita.ai address.

  • Account help: login issues, email changes, or accessing your account.
  • Billing questions: charges, plan changes, or refunds.
  • Bug reports: screenshots or short recordings help us fix fast.
  • Data/privacy: requests to export or delete your data.

If the email button does not open your mail app, copy info@thevita.ai and include the details below so we can resolve it quickly.

What to include

  • • The email you use (or will use) for Zosavi.
  • • Device and iOS version (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.5).
  • • Steps to reproduce the issue and any error messages.
  • • Screenshots or a short screen recording if possible.
