Zosavi is built to protect your health data and respect your choices. Below is the short version of how we handle privacy, Apple Health permissions, and how to reach us.
You control what’s kept
Choose what you share, edit or delete your logs, and request full export or deletion any time. We honor privacy requests via your account or email.
Apple Health stays in your hands
Health data is opt-in and read-only unless you permit more. iOS controls access at Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Zosavi, and you can change it anytime.
Data control & deletion
- • Edit or remove your logs in the app when you no longer need them.
- • Request a full export or deletion by emailing privacy@thevita.ai.
- • We minimize retention and keep backups only as long as needed for reliability.
These controls align with our Privacy Policy and regional rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). We verify requests to keep your account secure.
Apple Health permissions
- • Apple Health access is optional and only used to display totals and trends you request.
- • You decide what categories we can read; we do not sell or use this data for advertising.
- • Change or revoke access anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Zosavi.
