How Plus works.

Billed by Apple

You buy Plus inside the app, and Apple bills you. It renews automatically each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Cancel in iPhone Settings

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select ZOSAVI. You can’t manage a subscription on this website yet, so it goes through Apple.

Refunds and restoring purchases

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, so you request one from Apple, not from us. Apple decides whether a refund is approved. If you’ve paid and Plus isn’t showing, restore purchases in the app.

When an AI allowance runs out

Solara and AI meal estimates each have their own allowance, and the app shows when each one resets. Plus raises the Solara allowance only. Until a reset, logging by hand keeps working. It’s free on every plan and never uses an AI allowance.

Do I need Plus to use Solara or log a meal with a photo?

No. The Free plan includes Solara and AI meal estimates, each with a limited allowance that resets every 30 days. Logging by hand is free on every plan and never uses either allowance.

Who is Plus for?

Start on Free. If you ask Solara often and want more answers than Free includes, Plus gives you more Solara AI answers every 30 days. Plus does not raise the separate AI meal estimate allowance. If you mostly log by hand, Free may be all you need.

How do I subscribe, and how do I cancel?

Download ZOSAVI, then choose Plus inside the app. Apple bills you, and the app shows the current price first. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to stop the next charge.
